Every city has a place that specializes in the art of BBQ, and in Riga, that place is Ribs&Rock restaurant.
Before the first Ribs&Rock was opened last year, our head chef transformed the kitchen into a laboratory, seeking new methods of achieving tender and juicy meat – and the outcome has resulted in both compliments from customers and a great variety of fare. The Tex-Mex marinade makes for hot and spicy American-style ribs, while steeping ribs in garlic sauce increases their juiciness; a splash of Riga Black Balsam adds a kick of local flavor.
And pork is not the only meat that we serve – we also have veal, lamb and wild game.
Our bountiful menu is rivaled only by our ample wine list – which features an uncommonly large number of vintages that pair well with pork.
