Valmiermuiža Beer Kitchen
The widely applauded story of #zemesgarša (#flavourofnature) by Valmiermuiža Beer Kitchen is about the products given by Latvian land during different seasons. Our chef Dzintars Kristovskis makes use of all that is currently given us by the fields, meadows, forests and waters of Latvia; and the restaurant’s kitchen is where he creates stunning flavour combinations.
Of course, where there is Beer Kitchen, there is beer, too. Each dish is paired with a carefully selected beer letting you experience the magical moment when a flavour meets another flavour.
Our chef uses beer to stew, boil and pickle; he mixes them in sauces and even desserts. But when there’s a recipe without any beer, the dish is paired with a finely selected Valmiermuiža beverage.
