05.07.2012

Latvian national airline "airBaltic" will raffle a new "airBaltic"-branded "Mini Cooper" on August 1 among all "airBaltic" passengers who will book round-trip tickets on the airline's website "www.airbaltic.com" by July 15, "airBaltic" Corporate Communications Vice President Janis Vanags informed "Nozare.lv".

“The bright design of "Mini Cooper", created by our "Facebook" fans, draws a lot of positive attention. It has helped us to make a name among the world’s top ten most innovative airlines, since "airBaltic" was the first airline in the world to sell cars onboard. Therefore we have decided to share this positive feeling with our passengers and raffle this car as a prize to those who enjoy summer travelling with us, using the airline's vast vacation possibilities created by our extensive network of leisure destinations,” explained "airBaltic" Sales and Marketing Senior Vice President Michael Grimme.

"airBaltic" "Mini Cooper" will be raffled among all passengers who will book round trip tickets from June 15 until 11.50 p.m. (Riga time) July 15 on "airBaltic" website for flights until September 30, 2012. The car will be drawn on August 1, 2012. The winner will be contacted personally and announced on the airline's website on August 2, 2012.

"airBaltic" serves more than 60 destinations with direct flights from its home base in Riga, Latvia. From every one of these, the airline offers connections via North Hub Riga to its network spanning Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, CIS and the Middle East.
