Carnival will be capped by a Winter Ball.
Organized by the "Riga 2014" office along with "Lattelecom", everyone is being urged to come masked or in costume, preferably impersonating a symbol of Riga, for example, a black cat on the tip of a steeple roof. There will be workshops set up in the park where masks can be made, and there will be prizes for the best.
