Several popular groups, including the critically-acclaimed "The xx" from Great Britain, will perform at the "Positivus" music festival this year, as festival organizers informed LETA.

Canada's "Crystal Castles" and "Foxes", Danish bands "Efterkling", "Elektro Guzzi", and the highly popular Latvian band of the 1990s "Jauns Meness" have also confirmed their participation in the festival. "Sigur Ros" will be the festival's headliners this year, as previously confirmed by the organizers of the festival.

"Positivus", the largest music and art festival in the Baltic countries, this year will take place for the seventh time in Salacgriva from July 19 through July 21.
