Four years ago, "Mount Kimbie" was one of the key artists to perform at the "Satta" festival. Since that time, the duo has signed contract with the influential "Warp Records", under the auspices of which the band released its second studio album "Cold Spring Fault Less Youth" a year ago.

The band gas gained popularity since the release of its debut album "Crooks&Lovers" in 2010. Although the duo has been performing for larger crowds for quite some time already, it still preserves its original sentiment of nightclub dancefloor. The new album "Cold Spring Fault Less Youth" is much calmer, yet at the same time, it commands great attention. "DJ Koze's" remix of one of the most popular songs from the album, "Made To Stray", became a hit in the summer of 2013.

At the moment, "Mount Kimbie" are on a world tour promoting their second studio album, and the performances in Riga and Vilnius are part of the tour. The band has already given concerts in the United States, Australia and several European countries, but before coming to Riga, the musicians will also give gigs in Turkey, Japan, France and Greece.

The Lithuanian "indie" band "Without Letters" will be the opening act for "Mount Kimbie" performance in Riga. "Without Letters" is a comparatively new band that has already performed at "Tallinn Music Week", the "Positivus" festival and other important Baltic music events. Recently the band released its debut album in vinyl

"Mount Kimbie" concert in Riga will be at the concert hall "Palladium" on June 11 at 8 p.m.
