Parts of the wooden finish remain well-preserved with some original window shutters and doors with brass acorn shaped strap hinges. The spiral wooden staircases, which lead to the second floor of the manor, are authentic.
The building is currently host to the religious organisation Kalna Svētību kopiena (Community of the Blessed Hills), which concerns itself with the renewal of the manor. Every year the manor is host to a Renaissance Festival and to arts gatherings. The Brukna Manor House makes its facilities available to the public for banquets and other functions.
