The Museum of Christmas Battles at the "Mangaļi" farm is a branch of the War Museum of Latvia which displays an exhibition titled "Latvian Riflemen at Christmas Battles" and a model of the battlefield.

Activities for everyone:

  • acquire skills of formation;
  • participate in competitions;
  • play games;
  • get the concept of agenda during World War.

It was close to the Mangaļi farm that the front line ran during World War I and the legendary Christmas Battles took place.

The museum features a reconstruction of the first line of German field fortifications, the so-called German Wall, which is the only site of this type in the Baltic.
