Skaidrīte and Haralds Bauze in their cottage in Lejnieki, at the coast of Bērze River have created a wide and beautiful garden with different flower collections, vine avenue and artificial marsh with cranberries.
In the garden visitors are welcome to try identifying herbs and see how flax, rye and water melons are growing. Wooden sculptures created by the host make garden look even more interesting. The hostess is a craft specialist, one of the best known glove/mitten knitters in Latvia. She will be happy to show here collection consisting of more than 170 pairs of gloves/mittens.
