Unknown ObjectJasmuiža (before 1939, the Aizkalne Parish was called Jasmuiža Parish) is related to the early creative life of Jānis Rainis: the writer spent his holidays here while a gymnasium and university student, and during the first years of his professional career. Beside the exposition about Rainis, Jasmuiža also accommodates a permanent exhibition of works by Latgale ceramic artists. Every Sunday the visitors can watch, or try their hand in, pottery making.
