"Krievkalni" resting spot

Krievkalni is an oblong hill covered with forests, a vantage point of Zemgale panorama. On the hilltop a resting spot has been set up by the state-owned Latvian State Forests.

The forest-covered Krievkalni hill is considered unique due to its geological shape. Its highest spot raises 149m above the sea level and provides a panoramic view of the forest-covered Zemgale plains. The Latvian State Forests has furnished the spot with benches and a fireplace.
