You’ll find Tervete Nature Park in only 600m distance, 300m to the Tervete mounds and to one of the most famous Latvian writers Anna Brigadere museum, 200m to get to the ancient Semigallian museum and newly built timber castle.

The fascinating American singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey – born Elizabeth “Lizzy” Grant is one of today’s hottest alterative pop artists worldwide. The New York state native skilfully combines various musical styles, such as blues, soul, indie and jazz with her own melancholy lyrics, thus creating a unique sound that reflects her deepest emotions.
Her musical career began in small bars and clubs in Brooklyn, New York City, where she would often perform. Her unique style had always set her apart – Elizabeth would deliver her own versions of 1960’s jazz and blues instead of the then-popular indie folk. Signing her first record deal at the age of 20 and releasing her first digital album under her real name, the young singer soon after rebranded herself as Lana Del Rey, signing a joint record deal with Interscope Records and Polydor.
In the summer of 2011 Del Rey released the video of her new song Video Games via YouTube, which soon became a real viral sensation. The song was included in her 2012 album “Born To Die” which was sold in more than 4.4 million copies worldwide, topping the music charts with lyrical anthems such as Blue Jeans, Born To Die andSummertime Sadness.
