International art plein air "Mark Rothko"

It is an intensive two weeks of creative work, exchange of experience, discussions, where artists are able to get away from their daily activities and immerse themselves in creativity. On the final day of the plein air, the Daugavpils Regional Art Museum will host an exhibition of the art pieces created during the plein air.
