“Jarmarka” - Latvia's greatest art fair – once again this December


In the Grand Hall at the Latvian Academy of Art (LAA) December 17-30, you won't want to miss the 12th annnual “Jarmarka” Fair – a splendid opportunity to browsw and buy over 300 paintings, drawings, scultures, collages,  interior/exterior design fixtures, jewelry, apparel, etc.etc., created by young (student) artists and LAA professors and instructors – many of them famous in their own right.

“Jarmarka” is held each year under a conceptual banner, and this time out, in reflecting the Fair's wide variety - „Mākslas kokteilis”/”Art Cocktail”.

To make “Jarmarka” even more worthwhile, keep in mind that the money cashed in here goes to the ongoing restoration of the magnificent building that is the LAA.

“Jarmarka” will be open daily 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Closed December 24, 25 & 26.
