The “Baltic Real Estate Awards 2017” is awarded to the best Baltic real estate projects of 2016 in various categories — best office building, best shopping centre, best residential development, and the best hotel.
The nominated hotels are judged on their architecture and interior design, how innovative and modern is the layout, the location, the convenience and comfort of clients, as well as their well-being, the services offered and the entertainment and leisure facilities.
“Pullman Riga Old Town Hotel” was opened in June 2016, and to date has accommodated more than 48 thousand guests.
