Internationales Musik- und Kunstfestival "ReStArt"

Am Festival nehmen nicht nur einheimische Künstler, sondern auch Musiker und Künstler aus Daugavpils und Latgale teil, die momentan im Ausland wohnen und dort Karriere machen.
