The Cēsis City Festival invites you to enjoy concerts, creative activities, and a festive atmosphere throughout the city.
On July 17, Cēsis Castle Park will host the concert “Laiks laikā” featuring choirs from the Cēsis region, the Vidzeme Chamber Orchestra, and soloists, as well as the traditional honoring of the Cēsis Citizen of the Year. Vienības Square will host concerts by Cēsis musicians and a DJ parade, bringing together more than 50 artists connected to Cēsis. On July 18, the city will host concerts, family activities, creative workshops, a market, and the “Art on Wheels” parade throughout the day. The evening will culminate in a grand concert at Cēsis Castle Park featuring Aija Andreeva, Ozols, the band “Pērkons,” “Rīmdari,” and other artists, while the festivities will conclude with a dance party until dawn featuring the band “Stradivari.”
