Jūrmala Restaurant Week 2026, taking place from 5 to 18 October, invites visitors to discover the special menus of 26 restaurants and cafés in Jūrmala, with menus priced at €35 and €45. This year’s selection is not defined by a single dominant cuisine: each restaurant retains its own character, placing familiar ingredients in distinctive culinary contexts.
Across the menus, sea fish, game, wild mushrooms, pumpkin, apples, berries and rye bread meet the flavours of Georgia, Turkey, Italy, Asia and other regions. Among the standouts are zander crudo with whey emulsion, an Atlantic fish mosaic with pearl barley and pumpkin grubotto, smoked pumpkin ravioli, and a dessert pairing carrot, honey and rye bread. Fresh and lightly prepared starters – ceviche, crudo, tartare and salads – open many of the menus, followed by slow-cooked, grilled and smoked main courses served with distinctive sauces and carefully chosen accompaniments.
Beyond the dishes themselves, the menus offer different ways to experience a meal – from sharing platters and vegetarian alternatives to tasting menus and a specially designed culinary route.
