WHERE
At the very border of Lithuania, on the banks of the Memel river and not so far from Riga (75km) and Bauska (40km), Kurmenes Youth Center Klints is located in the heart of Kurmene. The youth center is located in a two-store building with an adjoining area - a wide courtyard on the south side, bordering the Mēmele river and a well-maintained sports field of the municipality.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Six well-furnished rooms in which we can accommodate a total of up to 25 people; - Larger companies are also accommodated in the creative workshop rooms on the first floor on mattresses, as well as in tent sites in our spacious yard; - Creative workshop rooms - fully equipped photo studio, design-sewing room, meditation chapel, gym; - technically equipped seminar room and dining room; - Sports equipment rental.
WHAT TO DO
- Take a walk in the park of the Kurmenes manor and see the Kurmenes manor and the Kurmenes Catholic church located on its territory, in a distance of ten-minute walk from the Youth Center; - Exercising on the sports field in the neighboring area (football, basketball and volleyball, badminton fields); - swim and paddle with SUP boards in the Mēmele river; - ride bicycles in the surrounding parishes - Skaistkalne, Bārbele, Ērberge, Kankaļi; - rowing with canoes, in cooperation with our partners.
