On 11 August – for the first time in Riga, at the Biķernieki Speedway Stadium, 2023 DeWalt FIM Speedway of Nations 2 (U-21) – Riga will take a place!
On August 12 Biķernieki Speedway Stadium will welcome 2023 OlyBet FIM Speedway GP of Latvia – Riga – the seventh round of the World Speedway Championship (SGP) season.
This is an exclusive offer for the spectators, because the Biķernieki Speedway stadium can gather up only less than 4 000 spectators, while in other countries the capacity of the grandstands ranges from 6 500 to 55 000 spectators.
As the stage is hosted by Latvia, one of the home riders has the opportunity to receive a special invitation, so we will see a Latvian rider on the starting line in Riga. It is already known that the Latvian sports team will also participate in the DeWalt FIM SON 2 team competition.
