Local fishermen and Latvian winemakers will offer both fish and drinks. There will be fish snacks prepared by coastal hostesses, while fishermen will demonstrate fishing gear, tell sea stories and offer their exploits. Experienced and authoritative sommeliers Jānis Kaļķis and Agnese Gintere will reveal the subtleties of pairing fish dishes and drinks, as well as invite you to test your knowledge in a competitive wine quiz.
The event will be elegantly hosted by Gerda Pulkstene, and the best lyrical and sonorous musical mood will be created by Juris Hiršs.
Along with wine tastings, guests will be able to purchase delicacies prepared by local fishermen and caterers.
