You are welcome to visit their factory near Rauna to taste the products made and to take a walk into the World's first sap tree park. Come with family, friends or in larger groups. They will show you how the products are made and share everything to know about the birch sap (video projections and photos - materials from spring juices) and offer you different kinds of birch sap from fresh to sparkling with various flavours. Also you will have a chance to taste the unique birch sap syrup, the production of which is a time and sap consuming process as well as wines from birch sap or dandelion. „BIRZĪ” products are organically certified.
