The Daugavpils Palace of Culture – the largest concert hall in Daugavpils and one of the largest, most visited concert halls in Latvia. The premises meet all standards, which makes it possible to organise top-level events, including conferences and seminars. Several rooms are available: a large concert hall with a capacity of up to 1,070 people with full standard equipment, a multimedia hall with a capacity of up to 100 people with full standard equipment, a 2nd floor foyer with a capacity of up to 300 people with full standard equipment (can be arranged in various ways – banquet, classroom, meeting, theatre, or U-shaped), an inner courtyard area with a capacity of up to 200 people with full standard equipment.
Unity House of Daugvpils
The Unity House of Daugavpils ensures the continuity of the cultural process in the region, organises state and city, as well as annual festivals and concerts, educational and entertainment events, promotes the preservation, dissemination and accessibility of cultural values, as well as cultural programmes. It offers premises for organising conferences and seminars – the Large Concert Hall with a capacity of up to 300 people and the Small Hall with a capacity of up to 30 people.
Rothko Museum
The Rothko Museum is one of the most ambitious cultural projects of the 21st century in Eastern Europe – a multifunctional centre for contemporary art, culture and education in the historical artillery arsenal building of the Daugavpils Fortress, where you can see selected examples of contemporary art and gain a rich and stimulating cultural experience. Daugavpils Olympic Centre is a modern sports facility, which also serves as an important venue for cultural events, concerts, conferences, etc. The multifunctional sports hall is adaptable to various events, and the total number of spectator seats in the stands is 1,350. There is also a conference hall available, suitable for holding press conferences, seminars or other official events with a maximum capacity of up to 40 people. Conference Hall 13
Conference Hall 13 is a comfortable multifunctional room – its atmosphere will definitely inspire new ideas and solutions. Conference Hall 13 is located 3.5 km from the historical centre of Daugavpils with a maximum capacity of 30 people. Nearby are such popular tourist attractions as the Rothko Museum, the Martinsons House exhibition hall, the Engineers' Arsenal Technical and Industrial Heritage Centre and others. “Conference Hall 13” is modern and technically equipped. It is equipped with air conditioning, a large TV, which can be used to show presentations. Visitors have a fully equipped kitchen at their disposal. The arrangement of tables and seats can be adjusted to the needs of the event and the number of people. There is a terrace with a recreation area outside.
