An evening for gourmets who appreciate outstanding beer, expressive flavours, and the expertise of masters. Three beer styles paired with specially matched dishes at the Valmiermuiža Beer Kitchen on March 27 at 7:00 PM, together with certified beer sommelier Atis Everss, head chef at Valmiermuiža Beer Kitchen Nauris Pētersons, and a guest from the local farm “Bauņu Bullītis”.
When there are Latvian celebrations, beer holds a place of honour. And when there is a beer kitchen, each beer is paired with a specially matched dish, allowing flavour to complement flavour. At this gourmet dinner, we will enjoy three distinctive beer styles paired with dishes prepared from seasonal Latvian products in collaboration with the organic meat farm “Bauņu Bullītis”. During the evening, two special compliments from the kitchen will also be served.
Atis Everss is a certified beer sommelier and an outstanding storyteller of flavours. His experience gained at the Valmiermuiža Brewery and knowledge acquired around the world allow him to unite beer and food like a melody in which every nuance matters.
Nauris Pētersons is the head chef of the Valmiermuiža Beer Kitchen. He highlights the character of local flavours and creates dishes that are carefully paired with Valmiermuiža brews.
