Lottery rules for a quiz “Unboxing Latvia" promoting knowledge about Latvia (NO)

 

  1. The quiz “Unboxing Latvia” promoting knowledge about Latvia (hereinafter referred to as – game)  is a game elaborated to promote incoming tourism of Latvia for Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (hereinafter referred to as – LIAA);
  2. In order to encourage finding out what Latvian tourism has to offer, LIAA invites to  participate in the lottery;
  3. The game is open and anyone can participate between 27 November 2023 and 5 December 2023.
  4. Award pool – 1 prize, it includes a fully-paid flight for 2 persons in a route Oslo(OSL)

- Riga (RIX) -  Oslo(OSL) or in a route Bergen(BGO) – Riga(RIX) - Bergen(BGO) and 2 night in 4-5 star hotel;

5. Game developer (administrator) and data controller is LIAA;

6. Lottery organizer is SIA “Inspired”;

7. A player participates in the lottery if he or she has answered all the questions of the game, has marked that he/she is informed about data controller's privacy policies and has completed the information fields – name, surname, e-mail.

8. Each participant can apply for the lottery one time only.

9. Anyone starting from age of 13 years can participate in the lottery.

10. Employees of LIAA, and SIA “WKND” (game content developer) and SIA “Inspired” and their family members (spouse, child, grandchild, brother, sister, any parent or grandparent) may not participate in the  lottery.

11. The lottery will take place on 8 December 2022 – it will be hosted by representatives of SIA “Inspired” by drawing among all participants who applied for the lottery.

12. The winner will be picked randomly with https://miniwebtool.com/random-picker/ tool and he or she will be informed in person through e-mail and till end of 2023 will be published also in the website https://www.latvia.travel/en/page/corporate#,  section “News".

13. Once the lottery winners are picked and name and surname of the winners are published, LIAA will discontinue processing of personal data of the remaining participants and these data will be deleted. Participant data gathered by LIAA are processed in compliance with the terms and conditions of LIAA services and related privacy policy;

14. The winners must use the prize and take the flights within 15.01. – 15.07.2024. If the winner fails to use the prize in the indicated  term, he or she will be no longer eligible to receive the prize and the prizes will be returned to the organizer without any compensation.
